One word: ‘WOW’. Banner World is a truly fantastic company to deal with. We needed a complete display solution for a trade exhibition. From the very first phone call with John, the experience was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, offering expert advice and guidance on every aspect of our exhibition display, as well as supporting us with the design process. Nothing was too much trouble. When it came time to collect the banners, the whole process was smooth, easy, and well organised. Being local was a bonus, and seeing the finished banners in person was even better, the quality was of an extremely high standard, and the pricing was excellent value for money. This is without a doubt one of the easiest 5-star reviews we’ve ever given. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I have been using Banner World for 4 years now, starting with individual banners and then ordering a full gazebo, extra panels and feather flags. Bannerworld's customer service is excellent - they give tips on how to get your design right and help out with file formats etc over the phone. The finished product is of excellent quality and it's easy to design, so I will keep coming back to Bannerworld for all my products!

Have ordered laminated printed vinyl from bannerworld a couple of times and always been extremely happy with the product - the most recent time an order was sent on very close to their cut off time before Christmas and they were able to get the order out for the vehicle to be ready for the customer when we returned on the 5th of January. Fast, high quality service, and great communication from their customer service department.

Excellent service and value for money. We had an email to say the image we sent wasn’t very clear so we sent a higher quality one. This shows the company cared about the product. Communication was excellent. We’re very pleased with our banner. Great quality, sturdy and celery made to last. Highly recommend!
